Every refinery, chemical, power and process facility throughout the world has a significant amount of infrastructure, process equipment, vessels and pipelines. Although not directly revenue generating , without the protection afforded by the correct coatings, plant processes and production could be reduced, if not halted altogether.

In addition to the catastrophic consequences associated with man made (i.e. fire and explosions) as well natural (i.e., tornadoes and earthquakes) disasters, long-term degradation of the infrastructure should be anticipated and scheduled maintenance planned well in advance to keep costs low and infrastructure asset integrity high. 

NZCS have expertise in defining Risk Based Inspection (RBI) strategies and methodologies, as well as completing RBI studies on key equipment elements. We can also define other asset integrity inspection plans for you, such as Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) inspection.
