We act as the owner's representative on the job site during new or maintenance painting projects. This ensures that all facets of the project are looked after and completed to the standards as specified by the customer and regulatory agency.

NZCS Project Managers utilize a proactive approach to help ensure that protective coatings projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality workmanship. From the project planning phase through final inspection and client acceptance, our managers practice vision, initiative, and leadership to prevent problems that could cause schedule delays, budget overruns, and rework.
